Third Annual Rising Spirits Contest and Celebration 

Autumn
A time between the blaze of summer and the muted hues of winter.
A time between what was and what might be. 
A time that ignites senses and stirs memories of mysteries, love, laughter and loss.

​The NOTL Writers' Circle is pleased to announce the winners of our recent Rising Spirits Writing Contest. Winning submissions are included in the Rising Spirits Anthology 2015, available on Amazon. Awards were presented on Oct. 30. 2015.
